Role Overview
Responsible for managing, designing and implementing Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and MECM/SCCM environments including application deployment, device management, compliance, conditional access and Autopilot implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Intune / Azure AD User Management
- Onboarding of new users
- Assigning user licenses for endpoint configuration
- Create, edit, delete Azure AD user and device groups
Intune / AAD Application Creation & Deployment
- Upload & configure LOB applications (Windows, iOS, Android)
- Upload & configure OEM Store applications (Microsoft, Apple, Google)
- Deploy LOB & Store apps to endpoints
- Deploy applications to AAD user groups
- Monitor application deployment status
Intune Service Administration
- Subscription & license assignment
- Apple APN certificate management (renewal)
- Android for Work (Google)
- Apple Business Manager (Apple)
- Autopilot (Microsoft)
- Azure AD join configuration (Windows 10)
- MDM auto-enrollment configuration
- Reporting
Intune Mobile Application Management
- LOB application wrapping (iOS & Android)
- iOS SDK wrapping
- Android SDK wrapping
Intune Device & Profile Management
- Create, maintain, update, deploy & delete policies
- Device restriction, Wi-Fi, domain join profiles
- Compliance policies (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Device lifecycle management (enroll, retire, wipe)
AAD / Intune Conditional Access
- Create, maintain, update, deploy & delete CA policies
- Conditional Access for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS
Intune Autopilot & Modern Management
- Design & implementation of MECM/SCCM including Co-Management & CMG
- Windows 10 Autopilot / Modern Management implementation using Intune, Azure AD, Office 365
- Produce HLD & LLD documentation
- Windows 10 customization & deployment
- GPO, Active Directory security & compliance configurations
- Migration to Intune CSP / ADMX templates
- Intune-based software distribution
- Patch management
- Windows as a Service
- Driver management
- Configure device compliance, conditional access & endpoint protection
