Key Responsibilities:
Endpoint Management & Administration
- Design and manage enterprise endpoint solutions with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Configure and administer mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android) through Intune Standalone and Hybrid (SCCM + Intune) environments.
- Develop configuration profiles, software/patch management, and OS deployment packages.
- Maintain application packaging and deployment portfolio within the company portal.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoint compliance with enterprise security policies.
- Participate in securing SCCM-related accounts via IAM principles (Azure AD, MFA, SSO).
- Monitor and troubleshoot compliance, security updates, and policy enforcement across devices.
Automation & Integration
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting and Intune automation capabilities.
- Support integration of cloud-based management services into existing IT infrastructure.
- Assist in migration from legacy device management platforms to Intune/SCCM.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on endpoint management, security, and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with updates and best practices for Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM.
