Job description
The SCCM Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the System Center
Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure. This role involves deploying software, managing updates, building task sequences and ensuring the security and compliance of all endpoints. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in SCCM, Windows operating systems, and IT infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
- Manage software distribution, patch management, and operating system
- deployment including task sequences and PXE configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM-related issues.
- Troubleshoot clients with comprehensive understanding of server and
- client logs.
- Develop and implement SCCM policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards keeping infrastructure patched and up to date.
- Provide technical support and training to end- users and IS staff.
- Generate and analyze reports on system performance and compliance.
