Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Internship Trainee role based in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will assist in various stages of the precast construction process, including design, manufacturing, project coordination, and management. Day-to-day activities include supporting project teams with data analysis, monitoring project progress, creating reports, and contributing to innovative problem-solving for efficient project execution. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic construction industry environment.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, precast technology, and project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in software tools related to design and project coordination (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Internship or prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
