About the Role

We're a Bangalore-based recruitment and executive search firm looking for a go-getter intern to support our growing team. You'll get hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment not just admin work.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
• Screen resumes and do initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate trackers
• Assist with drafting job descriptions and LinkedIn posts
• Support the team with day-to-day recruitment operations

What We're Looking For

• Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and basic internet research
• Self-driven and reliable this is remote, so you manage your own time
• Prior internship in HR/recruitment is a plus, not a must
