• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to enhancing it
• Proficient communication in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a customer-centric approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience or knowledge in customer service roles is a plus, but not mandatory
