Work Schedule

  • 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
  • Shift: Night shift (aligned with international time zones)

Your Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through voice interactions
  • Resolve queries related to services, transactions, and account assistance
  • Perform backend tasks including data updates and verification
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure system compliance
  • Follow quality standards and strict data security protocols
  • Escalate critical issues to relevant teams
  • Create a smooth and positive experience for every customer

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Confidence in handling international customers
  • Good typing & computer handling skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts

Eligibility

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • 6 months 1 year experience in international BPO / customer service preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication can be considered
