Work Schedule
- 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
- Shift: Night shift (aligned with international time zones)
Your Role
- Deliver exceptional customer support through voice interactions
- Resolve queries related to services, transactions, and account assistance
- Perform backend tasks including data updates and verification
- Maintain accurate records and ensure system compliance
- Follow quality standards and strict data security protocols
- Escalate critical issues to relevant teams
- Create a smooth and positive experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Confidence in handling international customers
- Good typing & computer handling skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Eligibility
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 6 months 1 year experience in international BPO / customer service preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication can be considered
