We are seeking an experienced International Voice Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in customer service, specifically in providing voice support to international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients via voice communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document interactions with customers and update records in the system as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer queries.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and other international languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice support environment (1-9 years).
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
