Job Description

We are seeking an International Voice Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our international clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
Provide high-quality voice support to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the database.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in an international environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any additional foreign languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
