We are seeking a dedicated International Voice Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international setting, and will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our global clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional voice support to international clients via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer support.
- Basic knowledge of international markets and cultural sensitivities.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage.
