Position: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Mumbai (All Locations)
Shift: US / UK / AUS Rotational Shifts
Salary: 18,000 60,000 (Based on Experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/AUS).
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Follow company process guidelines and compliance policies.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum HSC / Graduate (Graduate preferred).
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Freshers & Experienced both can apply (Salary as per experience).
