Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Follow company policies and procedures during all customer interactions to ensure compliance.
  • Complete assigned tasks in line with the latest work instructions and process updates.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Consistently meet daily productivity and quality performance targets.
  • Accurately record and document all customer interactions in the designated system.
  • Perform post-call activities such as raising tickets, processing password resets, account unlocks, and related actions.
  • Adhere strictly to data integrity standards and the company's information security policies Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an international call center environment.
  • Prior experience in international voice support or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with active listening ability, good typing speed, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work in US shift hours (India night shift).
  • Open to working from the office on all working days.
