Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Provide excellent customer support and query resolution
- Maintain high-quality customer interaction standards
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and SLAs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills is MUST
- Experience in International (USA) Inbound / Outbound Calling
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
