International Voice Process

Process:

International Voice Inbound / Outbound Customer Support

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers & candidates with minimum 12 months of experience (with all documents)
Experience in BPO / Telecaller / Customer Service is an added advantage
Must have excellent communication skills and fluent English

Experience & CTC:

Freshers: 3.2 LPA
Experienced (12+ months): 3.4 LPA

Work Details:

Work From Office
Location: Kokapet or Uppal
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs
Flexible with Rotational Shifts
Two-way Cab Facility Provided

Rounds of Interview (ROI): VIRTUAL (ONLINE)

Assessment
Manual voice
Operations Round

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer-handling capability
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Ability to handle international customers professionally
Positive attitude and quick learning ability
Need to have the laptop for assessments
