  • Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in international voice process or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any other language is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the organization.
