Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in international voice process or related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any other language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the organization.
