Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer support profile involving interaction with customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve issues that customers are facing through voice communication
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Undergraduate freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience
- Only customer service experience considered
- International voice or technical background preferred
