Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively
• Maintain a professional tone and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document call details and customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
• 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process or customer service role (preferred)
