Role Description

The Voice Process Executive will manage and handle customer queries and support via calls, ensuring professional communication and resolving concerns effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing key solutions to customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Ahmedabad office, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to handle queries and provide solutions with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and other relevant languages as required by the role.
  • Ability to remain patient and composed in high-pressure situations, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a voice process or call center role is a plus but not mandatory.
