We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of International Voice Process/International Semi-Voice. This role involves interacting with international customers, providing assistance and support for their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

min 1 year experience in voice or non-voice process

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their queries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets set by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and any other regional language.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
• Familiarity with international voice processes is an advantage.
