Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide resolutions to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Accurately document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation, proactive problem-solving skills.
