Role & responsibilities:

• Conducting customer interactions over calls in a professional manner.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and issues.
• Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction levels.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduates and undergraduate freshers can also apply
• Minimum 6 months of experience required in International voice process
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shift timings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
