Position: International Customer Support – Voice Process

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

Eligibility

• Freshers: Eligible

• Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service / International Voice Process

• Candidates with International Customer Support experience preferred

• Immediate Joiners only

• No absconding cases

Salary

• Freshers: 4 LPA

• Experienced: 4.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice support

• Provide effective solutions and resolution to customer concerns

• Maintain excellent customer service standards

• Communicate professionally with international customers

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies

• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper query resolution

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills

• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills

• Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support process

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Should be available for immediate joining

• Should be available for walk in interview tomorrow
