Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for an International Voice Process role. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with limited experience in other domains who possess outstanding English communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in B2B calls within the US Healthcare Process.
  • Utilize excellent English communication skills, ensuring clarity and no grammatical errors, to interact professionally with clients.
  • Follow established communication protocols to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Communication:Excellent English Communication Skills Required; candidates must speak English without any grammatical errors.
  • Experience:Any freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years experience in any other domain are eligible.
  • Work Shift: Must be ready to work in the Night shift.

Compensation and Benefits

  • CTC Offered:2.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs (will be finalized based on experience and interview scores).
  • Free Transportation:Both pick up and drop will be provided.

Work Environment

  • Work Mode: This is a Work From Office role; candidates must be ready to report to the office from day one.
  • Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted via Video conference.
  • Nature of Job: This is a US Healthcare Process (B2B Call). Prior knowledge in medical billing is not required; we will train you from scratch. No Sales / Marketing calls are involved.
