Job Description

Customer Interaction
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for international customers.
Greet customers, actively listen, and understand their queries/concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, or technical support.
Issue Resolution
Diagnose customer issues and offer appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher support teams when necessary.
Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible.
Communication Skills
Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication in English (neutral/global accent).
Document all conversations accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
