Position: Voice Process Executive

About The Role

We are looking for individual who are available to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and work from office to Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and ensure top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls efficiently
• Understand and resolve problems with care
• Maintain service and communication standards
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Freshers can apply (experience preferred)
• Fluent English communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with rotational, weekend, and night shifts
  
  

Salary: 25,000–35,000 CTC/month
