HIRING – VOICE PROCESS
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (Voice, Chat, and Email)
• Maintain a high standard of service quality while adhering to Expedia's customer service guidelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and ensure a positive customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
Minimum HSC/12th Pass or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
