This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for an International Voice Process position. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing efficient resolutions, responding to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and adhere to company policies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Finance and Sales principles to support promotional efforts and handle financial inquiries.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in international voice processes or customer support is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work at night shifts.
