Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Graduates preferred (Undergrads with strong experience may apply)
- Must be open to UK rotational shifts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle queries from High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) regarding banking transactions
- Support customers with debit and credit card issues
- Manage inbound & outbound queries related to KYC, AML, and compliance processes
- Accurately assign and process invoices as per internal protocols
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting SLAs and compliance standards
