Job Description: International Voice Process Associate
Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Night Shift (US process)
Location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore.
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Contribute to team performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate with Good Communication.
- Experience: 02 years in international voice process / BPO / customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in US/UK/Australian process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling systems.
- Neutral accent or good accent clarity.
