Job Description: International Voice Process Associate

Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Night Shift (US process)

Location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore.

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Contribute to team performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduate with Good Communication.
  • Experience: 02 years in international voice process / BPO / customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and customer interaction.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in US/UK/Australian process.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling systems.
  • Neutral accent or good accent clarity.
