Job Description:

We are looking for anCustomer Support Executiveto deliver high-qualitycustomer supportfor the platform through email, chat, phone, and remote sessions. The role focuses on handling customer queries, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring timely ticket resolution with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer support tickets via email, chat, phone, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Take ownership of customer issues and ensure end-to-end resolution
Document interactions in ticketing systems and follow escalation processes
Strong customer support and communication skills.
