We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the International Voice/Non-Voice process. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the customer service domain. You will be responsible for assisting international customers by providing them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle international voice and non-voice customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 5 days working
• Salary range 26K CTC - 36K CTC (21K - 32K in-hand)
• Accommodation for 14 nights/ Travel Tickets/ Relocation Bonus up to Rs. 10K will be provided by the Organization.
