Job Description

WORK BRIEF:

A Customer Support Associate in this role deals with resolving customer queries for various process related tasks. The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.

Designation :Customer Support Associate

Location:Navalur,Chennai

Shift Time:Flexible to work in night shift (5.30 PM 3.30 AM)

Cab Boundary Limit :Drop Cab (Upto 30 Kms)

Work Set-up:Work from Office

Essential Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of using MS office basic applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Notes, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Min 10 Months to 1 Year of experience in any US Voice healthcare process
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Willingness to work in night shifts from office
  • Preferably worked in Customer Support Voice process.
  • Graduation Mandatory
