Salary for Fresher: 25k CTC
Salary for Experience: Upto 40k CTC
Requirements- Undergraduate / Graduate / Masters fresher and experience both can apply
- Excellent english communication skill required both verbal and written
- 5 days working and 2 rotational weekoff
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shift and night shift (24*7)
- Both ways transport facility available
- Should be good in customer handling and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
- Handling inbound calls and chats from customer and resolving the issues / queries / complaints and request
- Candidate should have a Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Candidate should be ready to relocate to any of the cities as per job location
- Candidate should be double vaccinated
