Role Description
This is a full-time on-site International Voice role, located in Chennai. The role involves handling customer interactions effectively, providing support, and delivering high-quality service. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer queries, managing communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also requires collaboration with team members and adherence to defined service levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to handle international voice interactions with clarity and professionalism
- Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess and address customer needs effectively
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to manage queries related to financial processes
- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet targets, and work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or voice process role is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule
