Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Vendor Acquisition Specialist located in the Kolkata & Mumbai Area. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding strategic international vendors. The role includes conducting market research, acquiring & maintaining US ecommerce vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing vendor performance to support long-term partnerships.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with global supply chains, international market dynamics, and procurement best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR technology or workforce systems is a plus.
