Position: Travel Consultant & Sales
Location:On-Site, Mohali, Punjab
Shift:Night/Early Morning
Employment Type:Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support:Answer inbound calls, understand and address travel queries, and assist customers in booking flight ticketsprimarily for CanadaIndia routes.
- Flight Reservations:Use GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to search for and secure the best flight options, applying knowledge of airline code shares and optimal routes.
- After-Sales Service:Handle post-booking customer requests, amendments, and queries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses.
Requirements
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience:Freshers welcome! Prior experience in the travel industry, travel management, reservations, or customer service is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) is a plus.
- Languages:Proficiency inEnglish and Punjabi(mandatory).
- Other Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night/early morning shifts.
- Genuine interest in travel and customer service.
