What You Will Do
- Handle international travel inquiries for holiday packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, visa requirements, travel documentation, travel insurance, and foreign exchange.
- Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the complete booking process, including reservations & payments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, visa regulations, airline policies, and seasonal promotions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Knowledge in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in international travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations such as Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, USA and so on.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) also be an added advantage.
