Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Travel Agent to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international

travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role

requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of

global travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking international travel including flights,

accommodations, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.

Provide expert advice on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and necessary

documentation.

Research and recommend travel destinations based on client preferences and

budgets.

Arrange customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group needs.

Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and industry standards.

Handle travel-related emergencies, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel

service providers.

Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel advisories.

Process payments, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications &; Skills:

Proven experience as an International Travel Agent or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airlines, and visa

requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
