Job Title: International Telecaller – US Voice Process (First Party Collections)

Job Overview
We are hiring for the role of International Telecaller – First Party Collections for a leading organization. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in US international voice processes, especially in collections, to grow in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-party collections for a reputed US-based banking process
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
- Negotiate and resolve outstanding payments professionally
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria
- SSC/HSC with a minimum of 6 months of US international voice experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in collections or payment follow-ups is preferred
- Immediate joiners only
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of collection processes
- Ability to handle customer interactions effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call handling
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹35,000 (Non-collections experience)
- Salary up to ₹42,000 (Collections experience)
- Unlimited performance-based incentives
- Training incentives up to ₹10,000
Work Details
- Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop facility provided
