Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling global customers (US/UK) and delivering high-quality support aligned with defined service standards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
- Resolve customer queries efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain CSAT, AHT, and quality benchmarks
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Follow defined process guidelines and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria (CTQ)
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Experience handling US/UK customers
- Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
- Basic understanding of customer service metrics and call handling
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / Call Center environments
- Exposure to CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability
