Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling global customers (US/UK) and delivering high-quality support aligned with defined service standards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Maintain CSAT, AHT, and quality benchmarks
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow defined process guidelines and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria (CTQ)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
  • Experience handling US/UK customers
  • Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
  • Basic understanding of customer service metrics and call handling

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in BPO / Call Center environments
  • Exposure to CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability
