Process: Technical Voice Process

Experience: 14 years (Voice or Non-Voice) Technical Support Mandatory

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream

CTC: Up to 4.3 LPA

Working Days: 5 days working

Week Offs: 2 rotational

Shifts: Rotational candidates must be flexible

Transport: 2-way cab provided

(If cab not availed, transport allowance will be provided)

Job Description:

We are hiring skilled Technical Support Associates for the Cox Technical Voice Process at Teleperformance. The role involves assisting customers who require support with network connectivity, device configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to technical issues.
• Provide assistance for network-related concerns including LAN, Wi-Fi, Mobile Internet, Television, Routers, and Computer devices.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex technical problems using provided knowledge articles and tools.
• Guide customers through step-by-step resolutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective technical solutions.
• Follow all compliance guidelines and maintain process quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 14 years of experience in Technical Support (voice or non-voice).
• Strong knowledge of networking basics and troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, system connectivity).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs.
