Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced International Tax Manager with strong expertise in U.S. international tax compliance, specifically Forms 5471, 5472, and GILTI calculations. The role involves managing multinational client engagements, reviewing complex cross-border structures, and ensuring compliance with evolving U.S. tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Forms 75471, 542, and related U.S. international tax compliance forms
• Perform GILTI, Subpart F, E&P, and Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) calculations
• Manage international tax compliance engagements for multinational corporations
• Analyze cross-border transactions and determine U.S. tax implications
• Support tax provision (ASC 740) calculations related to international operations
• Research U.S. tax regulations and monitor legislative updates
• Assist in international tax planning and advisory assignments
• Review junior team members work and provide technical guidance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global clients for timely filings

Required Qualifications

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong hands-on experience with Forms 5471, 5472, and GILTI computations
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax provisions (Subpart F, BEAT, FDII preferred)
• Experience handling multinational clients and complex cross-border structures
• Strong tax research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
