Key Responsibilities:

-Lead international hiring formid- to senior-level rolesacross Sales, Technical, Operations, and Product teams.

-Develop region-specific sourcing strategies forLATAM, Brazil, EMEA, Asia, and Indiausing LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, and ATS platforms.

-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, negotiations, and onboarding.

-Build standardized evaluation frameworks covering skills, cultural fit, and market-specific requirements.

-Maintain strong pipelines for niche roles inagricultural machinery, OPE, industrial machinery, and global B2B sales.

-Partner with global leaders to align manpower planning, hiring timelines, and market expectations.

-Drive weekly hiring reviews, track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join), and present data-driven updates.

-Strengthen employer branding through candidate experience and collaboration with marketing on recruitment campaigns and LinkedIn content.

-Ensure compliance with country-specific employment regulations and coordinate international offers and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

-710 yearsof experience in international or global talent acquisition. Proven hiring experience acrossLATAM, EMEA, Asia, or emerging markets(mandatory).

-Strong understanding of sales, technical, and operational rolespreferably inmachinery or manufacturing sectors.

-Excellent English communication;Spanish or Portugueseis a strong advantage.

-Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and ability to work in multicultural, high-growth environments.
