Pay:12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month + Attractive Bonus twice per year

Job description:

• Company: CS Overseas Education, Coimbatore
• Location: Podanur, Coimbatore (On-site)
• Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives

The Role:

We are looking for dedicated, loyal professionals to join our expanding team. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role. You won't just be making calls; you will be managing students dreams and profiles, ensuring they achieve their goal of international education.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling/Cold Calling (Education sector preferred).
• Language Mastery: Must be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Stability: We are looking for a candidate seeking a long-term career, capable of handling high-pressure situations and student counselling with patience.
• Skills: Strong convincing skills, professional ethics, and a high degree of trustworthiness in handling student documentation and profiles.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study options in Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Europe.
• Convert leads through strategic telecalling and follow-ups.
• Evaluate student profiles to match them with the right university from our 300+ partner institutions.
• Maintain loyalty and confidentiality regarding company data and student information.
• Achieve monthly enrollment goals in a fast-paced environment.
