Job description - International Sales Specialist 

Location : Gurugram

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Timings : 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shift)

Budget : 6 to 9 LPA

About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and client Acquisition 

Specialist to join our team in the US virtual construction industry. This role 

involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client 

accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be 

responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling 

customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify Opportunities: Explore new markets, clients, and partnerships in the 

US high-tech construction industry. 

• Develop Strategies: Design and implement plans to access new opportunities 

and grow the business. 

• Build Relationships: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive 

customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

• Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to establish 

rapport and generate business leads. 

• Follow Scripts: Adhere to standardized communication scripts to ensure 

consistency and compliance. 

Skills and Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent 

preferred). 

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with business 

teams in various US states. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficient with basic computer skills and customer relationship management 

(CRM) tools. 

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. 

Experience: 

• Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is 

highly preferred. 

• Experience in handling outbound and inbound calls is mandatory. 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude. 

• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.

 

Preferred Traits: 

• Willing to work night shifts or flexible hours as per US time zones. 

• Familiarity with the US market, culture, and communication styles.
