Responsibilities

  • Execute sales initiatives for the Flavors & Fragrance chemicals segment in the global market, focusing on lead generation, new customer acquisition, and supporting market expansion.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Support customer relationship management by ensuring timely communication, addressing queries, and contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in implementing sales plans by tracking opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth deal execution.
  • Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to maintain accurate records, track activities, and support data-driven sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide inputs that enhance sales effectiveness and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and effective client presentations.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Flavors & Fragrance or chemical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to support sales initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to achieving targets.
  • Exposure to working with distributors, channel partners, or B2B clients, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic understanding of aligning sales activities with business goals and revenue objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong techno-commercial awareness, good networking skills, ownership, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
