Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned International BDM with over 5 years of experience in sales, team leadership, and customer acquisition across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic outreach, managing SDR teams, and establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, mentor, and guide SDR teams to drive high-quality lead generation
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Oversee outreach campaigns and ensure strong engagement and conversion
- Travel to international markets for client meetings, negotiations, and reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, product positioning, and market feedback
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior management
