Job Title: International Sales & Marketing Executive (Exports)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (Open to PAN India relocation)
Type: Full-Time | 6-Day Working
Reporting To: Director / Management
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic professionals to drive international sales and marketing efforts across global markets.
This role focuses on building relationships with international buyers, representing the brand in global platforms, and converting opportunities into long-term export business. It follows a marketing-led approach, emphasizing positioning, communication, and relationship-building rather than traditional push-based sales.
You will act as the front-end representative for international clients, while a dedicated backend team manages logistics, shipping, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization in international markets, trade fairs, and exhibitions
- Build and manage relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors
- Identify new export opportunities and contribute to global market expansion
- Understand international market trends, customer preferences, and competitor positioning
- Support product positioning, pricing discussions, and market-specific strategies
- Convert business opportunities into confirmed export orders
- Handle client communication and maintain long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order handover and execution
What This Role Is NOT:
- No cold calling or mass outreach
- No logistics, shipping, or customs handling
- No backend operational workload
Candidate Profile:
- 2–6 years of experience in International Sales, Export Business, or Global Marketing
- Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Agriculture, or related export industries preferred
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Exposure to international markets (Middle East, Europe, etc.) preferred
- Confident in client interaction and relationship management
- Basic understanding of export business and international trade preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (Passport preferred)
